Wildemann Vorharz route

A varied mountainbike route along forests and fields through the Harz foreland and back to the Oberharz, starting in Wildemann The route crosses the village of Wildemann and starts with a small ascent with beautiful views to the valley Innerstetal. Then it goes downhill into the Harz foreland. Here the route leads along fields into a hilly area with dense deciduous forest, which are lush green in summer. It goes back over fields to the edge of the Harz and then with an ascent through mixed forest back to the Oberharz. The route leads along an old mining dump back into dark green forests, before it goes over mountain meadows along some lakes over the 'Zellerfelder Höhe'. From here the route leads downhill back into the valley Spiegelthal to Wildemann.
